No growing pains to speak of
Houwzer hasn’t looked back since. The company has experienced some serious results with Copper supporting their entire sales program, and they haven’t been held up by any technology speed bumps. In just 7 years, the company has scaled exponentially from a one-team shop in Philadelphia to a national real estate player with 14 teams in 7 states across the U.S., employing over 170 agents.
In many ways, Copper has been the difference-maker in powering this growth. Dave shares,
“I can speak firsthand to some of the other platforms that we looked at. I know for a fact that we wouldn’t have been able to customize the CRM to our processes, especially at the speed that we evolved… Specifically Salesforce, Follow-up Boss, any of the real-estate specific CRMs just never would have held up over time.”
