Get sales the support data they need
Armed with relevant support information, your sales reps and account managers have the important context they need before jumping on a call—those conversations go better, and it helps them close more deals...$$. The Zendesk integration allows any team to view support tickets associated with a particular customer, the details of issues and the status of their ticket(s).
How it works:
- Zendesk syncs new, open, pending and solved tickets to Copper
- A ticket’s history will be recorded into the activity feed
- A ticket can appear in any record: Lead, Person, Company or Opportunity record
- Admins can choose which teams have access to customer service tickets
- Users can click and view tickets in Zendesk from Copper*
