I recently added RingCentral to my business with the understanding that the Copper integration would track calls in Copper. Well, this was a bitter disappointment, as the integration doesn’t do that unless you’re using the app on a cell phone. And I’m not sure that always works. I feel kind of duped by Copper because I had to upgrade my Copper account to basically turn on “click to call” which should be a built-in feature anyway and then you get to choose your phone system/provider. Hopefully, I’m missing something here. I would appreciate any success stories and tips on this integration. Thanks, Michael

I have a couple of workflow automations that are not working. Anyone else having this problem?
Hi everyone! Wondering if anyone has found an easy way to merge duplicate records without being in the pipeline, people, or company list views. For example: when I search for a person and 3 people profiles show up in the search bar, it would be amazing to be able to select and merge all three right there. Right now, the only way I know how to fix this would be to go to the people list, scroll all the way down (or filter) to find the duplicates, and merge them from there. Any tips or tricks on streamlining this would be much appreciated!
The Connect Fields that Copper introduced are really interesting and we have found some good internal use cases. However, they really only serve as glorified navigation tools at this point.I think to really unlock the potential of these fields, there are a number of other things that would need to happen to get the most out of them. Are there plans to do any of the following:Allowing Exporting of Connect field Allowing Importing or Bulk updates Enable API access through tools such as Zapier

Is it possible to insert an image inside an email template? We’re wanting to send out a bulk email to clients to thank them for the year and I’d like to include a banner image that we’ve created. I can see that I can attach a document/image but I haven’t been able to insert one into the body of an email template yet? Anyone have any suggestions or workarounds? Thanks!
I have two different pipelines (one for each client). I cannot import a spreadsheet in the second pipeline. Any suggestions would be great!
Can i use a Connect Field to “inheret” a custom fields from a Company Record in a “opportunity” record? We have assigned tiers and exec sponsors to companies and want to make those values visible in the opportunity, including in the export to google sheets.
How are the profile images set for the People we have in Copper?I went to create an opportunity with a person and the picture associated with the person is … well not them. I am the one who initially loaded the data. I didn’t do anything with pictures. How are those set? Can we delete the image if it is wrong? Currently I only see the option to change it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
I am integration our Xero and Copper accounts and would love to add a field for “Days Since Last Invoice Was Created” so I can track how active accounts are/ set up an automation to email them after X amount of days. Is this possible? How would I go about doing this?
I’m struggling to review how many DMs have been scheduled and what has happened with our opportunities as I go over the Q1 report. How can I review this information?We have multiple stages in the funnels and they sometimes are different. It goes something like, First approach made > DM Scheduled > CAPI Scheduled, > Proposal Scheduled, etc---Sometimes we had the classical no shows, or leads dying in the negotiation process, yet I’m not able to review this as the Lead cards might have been moved in the 3 month period. I need to assign a specific task to another group member every time a lead is completed. In the task section, it displays the task 'Hand off to Concierge,' but I need to see the options available for the concierge. However, I can't find this option. It only appears as a checkbox, but I am unable to assign it to a Copper user.
